At Shop.Pronouns, we want your fashion to reflect your true identity, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned garments within 5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method.
